Return Policy

All returned items must be in pre-sale condition. All returned items require a receipt dated within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If no receipt is presented, the return, if accepted, is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not accept returns on books, magazines, pens, markers, holiday items, DVD’s, CD’s, videos, sales items, door prizes, and discontinued items no longer in our system. No refunds or exchanges on holiday product.
